Service Description
Residential Zero-Turn Performance – $450 Base price for residential units. For commercial, see Large Machine tier. That’s the "Big Picture"—building machines that refuse to die. My customers get an engine insurance policy. Thermal Protection: Meticulously washed to remove caked grass and grease. This is critical fire hazard removal and ensures your engine and transaxles stay cool under heavy summer loads. Tracking & Alignment: We inflate tires to exact pressures, sync drive handles, and adjust tracking so the mower steers straight and handles are perfectly even. No more fighting the sticks. Elite Lubrication: Every caster, pivot, and spindle is purged of grit and packed with Green Grease™—the absolute best waterproof, high-heat grease money can buy. Surgical Deck Service: Full deck removal on most mowers for total overhaul. Blades are sharpened and balanced on the Magna-Matic 1000 for a surgical, vibration-free, golf-course cut. Air & Ignition: Filters/plugs cleaned and reinstalled. Changed only if bad ($10-$15). Pro Add-Ons & The TIGER Contract: Deck Leveling: +$45. Drive Belts: $65 + parts. Valve Inspection/Adjustment: Inspection is FREE. I encourage you to watch me measure them. If in spec, you pay nothing. Adjustment: $65/cover. 110 if both are needed on a 2 cyl engine The Carburetor Rule: 94%+ success rate. If your carb is internally damaged, the $65 cleaning labor is still due. You then cover the new carb cost plus a $65 return install fee. Mobile Inventory: I carry most common belts, blades, and bearings to ensure a same-day finish. You only pay a return fee if your machine requires a specialized, non-stock part. SAME-DAY PAY: Payment in full is due on day of visit. We do not "wait for parts" to collect for labor and premium supplies already provided. The 98% Rule: 98% of jobs finish same-day. If a second visit is needed for non-stock parts, a non-negotiable $65 fee applies. Agreement: Booking confirms you agree to the TIGER Way contract. Fix it once. Fix it right. Hear the Tiger roar.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & rescheduling You can cancel or reschedule through the website 24 hours before your appointment starts. Please do not cancel within 24 hours I will be collecting a $10 fee to the violation if you do so. EMAIL ME EARLIER THAN 24HRS FROM YOUR APPOINTMENT TO AVOID $10 fee, If you are on next days schedule and I am making a plan working out a route and making decisions just how to serve everyone that day making modifications calls and working an hour-2 planning It is part of the work that gets done in the background none the less, my valuable time, booking customers pay for, by completing jobs. 24 hrs, if you need to cancel after that, you must pay the $10. It is only fair. I am here to make money.
