Service Description
Standard Push Mower "Life-Extension" Package – $169 Base price covers standard push mowers WITHOUT self-propelled systems. If your mower has a drive system, please book the XL/Specialty tier. The "Star of the Show" Service: The Royal Purple™ Difference: I used to use Castrol GTX Magnatec. It was cheaper for me and meant I got to charge for valve adjustments every single year. I made a choice to be better. I switched to Royal Purple™ Synthetic Oil—it costs me twice as much, but the results are undeniable. Since making the switch, I am visiting machines 3–5 years later that have had "Purple" in them and not a single one has needed a valve adjustment. I am foregoing short-term profits on cheap oil to ensure your engine survives for the long haul. Elite Lubrication: Wheels are removed; axles are serviced with Green Grease™—the best grease money can buy. Precision Blade Service: Blade removal, sharpening, and balancing using the Magna-Matic 1000—the world’s most accurate balancer. Air & Ignition: Filter and spark plug are cleaned and reinstalled. Changed if bad only. Why change a good thing? (New plugs/filters are $10 each if needed). Transparent Pricing (No Surprises): Base Tune-Up: $169 (Machine must be running). Tune-Up + Carburetor Deep Clean: $209 Tune-Up + Valve Adjustment: $209 The "Total Rescue" (Carb + Valves): $249 The "Value" Reality Check: If you're thinking, "I can buy a new mower for $285," think again. A new "box store" mower comes with cheap oil and zero grease. My service turns that basic $285 machine into an $800+ performer that actually lasts. Investing in high-quality care now saves you from buying a new mower every few years. Payment, Parts & Return Policy: SAME-DAY PAYMENT: Payment is due in full on the day of the initial visit. We do not "wait for parts" to collect payment for the expert labor and premium supplies already provided. Return Service Fee: 98% of customers are finished same-day. If a second visit is required to install parts not on hand, a non-negotiable $50 return service fee applies. Agreement: By booking, you assert you have a non-self-propelled mower and agree to our "TIGER Way" contract.
Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY To cancel or reschedule, email **[Tigerepair@gmail.com](mailto:Tigerepair@gmail.com)**. Customers cannot cancel or reschedule appointments through the website. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. A **$45 fee** applies if you: • Cancel less than 24 hours before the appointment • Reschedule less than 24 hours before the appointment • Cancel on the scheduled service day • Are unavailable when I arrive • Do not have the machine available or reasonably accessible If you book an appointment scheduled to begin within the next 24 hours, the $45 cancellation or rescheduling fee applies immediately once the booking is confirmed. Cancellation and rescheduling requests are effective when received. The fee will be emailed as an invoice and must be paid within seven days. Any unpaid balance must be settled before another appointment can be accepted. By booking, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this policy. This fee does not apply when Tiger Mobile Small Engine Repair cancels the appointment.
