Tiger Complete Care™ 3-Year Plan – General Terms & Conditions

• Includes one (1) Complete Care service visit per year for three (3) years.

• Customers are responsible for scheduling each annual visit.

• Unused annual visits DO NOT expire and DO roll over until all plan visits have been used.

• The plan is prepaid in full and becomes non-refundable after the first service visit.

• The plan covers routine preventive maintenance only. It is not a repair or extended warranty plan.

• Replacement parts, repairs, routine additional services, and any work outside the Complete Care service are billed separately at our published rates with customer approval.

• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, contaminated fuel (including water in fuel), improper storage, accidents, impact, fire, flood, rodents, customer modifications, or running the engine without oil is not covered.

• Service is provided during normal business hours and is subject to scheduling availability and our standard mobile service area.

• The plan applies only to the equipment listed at the time of purchase and is non-transferable unless approved by Tiger Mobile Small Engine Repair.

• Customers must provide a safe, accessible work area and ensure the equipment is available at the scheduled appointment time.

• Tiger Mobile Small Engine Repair reserves the right to refuse service if equipment is unsafe, inaccessible, or modified in a manner that prevents proper servicing.

• By purchasing the plan, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and authorize Tiger Mobile Small Engine Repair to perform the covered Complete Care service.
