Frequently Asked Questions
Do you come to my home?
Yes. We are a fully mobile small engine repair service. We repair your equipment at your home or business, so there's no need to load and transport your machine.
Can I bring my machine to you?
No. Mobile repair only.
What areas do you serve?
We proudly serve Lawrenceville, Duluth, Suwanee, Buford, Dacula, Sugar Hill, and surrounding communities. If you're unsure whether you're in our service area, just look at our map.
What does Complete Care include?
Our Complete Care service is designed to maximize reliability and extend the life of your equipment. Services may include engine inspection, oil service, air filter inspection, spark plug inspection or replacement, blade sharpening and precision balancing, lubrication, adjustments, safety checks, and a full operational test.
Do you offer partial repairs?
No. We perform Complete Care service only. The only exceptions are Riding Mower Deck Service and Riding Mower Transmission Belt Service.
Why don't you offer partial repairs?
Fixing only one problem often leaves other issues that can cause breakdowns shortly afterward. Our Complete Care approach helps ensure your equipment is repaired properly the first time.
How much does service cost?
Our pricing is upfront and fixed. There are no hidden fees or surprise labor charges. Visit our Pricing page for current rates.
Are your prices negotiable?
No. Our prices are fixed and non-negotiable.
Do you charge by the hour?
No. We use fixed pricing, so you'll know the cost of your service before work begins.
What types of equipment do you repair?
We service most residential and commercial outdoor power equipment, including walk-behind mowers, riding mowers, zero-turn mowers, generators, pressure washers, tillers, concrete saw and more.
Do you repair all brands?
Yes. We service most major brands, including Honda, Toro, Exmark, Scag, Ferris, Husqvarna, Cub Cadet, John Deere, Craftsman, Troy-Bilt, Briggs & Stratton, Kohler, Kawasaki, and many others.
Do I need to be home?
Not always. As long as payment and communication arrangements have been made in advance and the equipment is accessible, we can often complete service without you being present.
What should I do before my appointment?
Please provide a safe work area, clear driveway, and, when practical, have the equipment near the front of the property. If available, please provide access to a working outdoor water hose.
What happens if my mower needs additional work?
Routine additional services may be performed at our published fixed service rates. If we discover a major unexpected repair or significant additional parts expense, we'll contact you before proceeding.
Do you install customer-supplied parts?
Generally, no. We prefer to install quality parts we supply so we can stand behind our work.
What if parts need to be ordered?
If a part must be ordered, we'll schedule a return visit once it arrives.
When is payment due?
Payment in FULL is due upon completion or ordering parts and rescheduling for parts arrival. (Even if not done.)
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the payment methods listed on our website.
Do you guarantee your work?
