Unused annual service visits roll over and do not expire during the life of the plan.
Service Description
**Tiger Complete Care™ 3-Year Riding Mower Pay-in-Full Plan – Terms & Conditions** * The plan includes **one (1) Complete Care service visit per year** for three (3) consecutive years. * The customer is responsible for scheduling each annual service visit. Unused annual visits **DO NOT expire and DO** roll over. * The Complete Care service is prepaid in full and is non-refundable after the first service visit. * Replacement parts, routine additional services, upgrades, and repairs not included in the Complete Care service are billed separately and are due at the time of service. * The Tiger Complete Care™ 3-Year Plan covers **routine preventive maintenance only.** It does **not** cover repairs resulting from misuse, neglect, accidents, impact damage, contaminated or incorrect fuel (including water in the fuel), running without oil, improper storage, customer modifications, fire, flood, rodent damage, corrosion, or normal wear and tear requiring replacement parts. * **Not covered** includes, but is not limited to: engine, carburetor, transmission, transaxle, PTO clutch, steering, electrical system, starter, battery, wiring, deck shell, spindle, axle, frame, tire, wheel, blade strike, welding, and any repair requiring replacement parts beyond those included in the Complete Care service. * If additional problems are discovered during a scheduled Complete Care visit, Tiger Mobile Small Engine Repair will provide an estimate before performing repairs outside the scope of the plan. * Additional charges may be paid by cash, check, or any payment method accepted by Tiger Mobile Small Engine Repair. * Service is subject to our normal service area, scheduling availability, and business hours. * The plan is valid only for the equipment listed at the time of purchase and is non-transferable unless approved by Tiger Mobile Small Engine Repair. * By purchasing this plan, you agree to these terms and authorize Tiger Mobile Small Engine Repair to perform the annual Complete Care service on the covered equipment.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & rescheduling You can cancel or reschedule through the website 24 hours before your appointment starts. Please do not cancel within 24 hours I will be collecting a $10 fee to the violation if you do so. EMAIL ME EARLIER THAN 24HRS FROM YOUR APPOINTMENT TO AVOID $10 fee, If you are on next days schedule and I am making a plan working out a route and making decisions just how to serve everyone that day making modifications calls and working an hour-2 planning It is part of the work that gets done in the background none the less, my valuable time, booking customers pay for, by completing jobs. 24 hrs, if you need to cancel after that, you must pay the $30 charge Tigerepair@gmail.com to submit a cancellation REQUEST. All cancellation request date stamped earlier than 24
