The Service Blueprint: Shell Extraction: Surgical removal of all specialized covers/enclosures for full internal access. 150-Hour Armor: Full oil change with premium Royal Purple Synthetic. Chassis Restoration: Wheels removed; axles armored in Green Grease. Tires inflated. The Valve Promise: We pull the covers and inspect lash for FREE. Only +$30 if an adjustment is actually required to save your engine. Smart Maintenance: Plugs/Filters cleaned for free. (Replacement parts extra). Technical Add-on: +$30 for a deep Carburetor Cleaning. The Policy: Payment: All fees are collected in full on the initial visit. The Return Rule: $75 fee applies if we must order parts and return.
Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY To cancel or reschedule, email **[Tigerepair@gmail.com](mailto:Tigerepair@gmail.com)**. Customers cannot cancel or reschedule appointments through the website. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. A **$45 fee** applies if you: • Cancel less than 24 hours before the appointment • Reschedule less than 24 hours before the appointment • Cancel on the scheduled service day • Are unavailable when I arrive • Do not have the machine available or reasonably accessible If you book an appointment scheduled to begin within the next 24 hours, the $45 cancellation or rescheduling fee applies immediately once the booking is confirmed. Cancellation and rescheduling requests are effective when received. The fee will be emailed as an invoice and must be paid within seven days. Any unpaid balance must be settled before another appointment can be accepted. By booking, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this policy. This fee does not apply when Tiger Mobile Small Engine Repair cancels the appointment.
