Tiger Large Tiller Care – $210 Premium service for heavy rear-tine and full-size units. The Royal Purple Sacrifice: I pay 2x more for Royal Purple because I’m trading my own repeat profits for your machine’s survival. I’d rather give you an engine that stays young for 5 years than drain your wallet every season for valve jobs. I choose your engine over my short-term gain. The Service Blueprint: Deep Clean & Wash: We perform a high-pressure wash to remove hardened clay and debris, ensuring the chassis stays rust-free and the transmission runs cool. 150-Hour Engine Armor: Full oil change with premium Royal Purple Synthetic. Chassis & Drive: Wheels removed; axles coated in Green Grease. We maximize self-propelled tension for 100% digging power. Smart Maintenance: Spark plugs/filters cleaned and reinstalled. Changed IF BAD only. Technical Add-ons: +$35 for Carb Cleaning. +$35 for Valve Adjustment (Checked for free). Failure & Return Policy: Labor Guarantee: If cleaning fails, the $35 labor fee is due on Visit 1. The $75 Return Rule: If we must order a part, a $75 Return Trip Fee applies plus the part cost. Payment: All fees collected in full on the initial visit.
Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY To cancel or reschedule, email **[Tigerepair@gmail.com](mailto:Tigerepair@gmail.com)**. Customers cannot cancel or reschedule appointments through the website. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. A **$45 fee** applies if you: • Cancel less than 24 hours before the appointment • Reschedule less than 24 hours before the appointment • Cancel on the scheduled service day • Are unavailable when I arrive • Do not have the machine available or reasonably accessible If you book an appointment scheduled to begin within the next 24 hours, the $45 cancellation or rescheduling fee applies immediately once the booking is confirmed. Cancellation and rescheduling requests are effective when received. The fee will be emailed as an invoice and must be paid within seven days. Any unpaid balance must be settled before another appointment can be accepted. By booking, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this policy. This fee does not apply when Tiger Mobile Small Engine Repair cancels the appointment.
