SAME-DAY PAY: Payment in full is due on the day of the visit. We do not "wait for parts" to collect for labor and premium supplies already provided. The 98% Rule: 98% of jobs finish same-day. If a second visit is required for repairs or non-stock parts, a non-negotiable $75 return fee applies to offset the additional trip. Agreement: Booking confirms you agree to the TIGER Way contract. Cancellation & rescheduling You can cancel or reschedule through the website 24 hours before your appointment starts. Please do not cancel within 24 hours I will be collecting a $10 fee to the violation if you do so.
