Service Description
Industrial & "Airport" Zero-Turn Performance – $550 Covers monster projects and commercial machines with an MSRP of $7,500+. The Tiger Industrial Service: The Royal Purple™ Revolution: Full Oil & Filter Change Included. These machines are absolute tanks that run high-stress cycles. I use Royal Purple Synthetic with a secret ExxonMobil additive to ensure your massive investment doesn't cook itself. I sacrifice short-term profit for your engine's survival. That’s the "Big Picture"—building machines that refuse to die. My customers get a total engine insurance policy. When your fleet is down, you’re losing thousands; I provide the mechanical armor required to keep your crew moving, your grass short, and your profit margins protected against catastrophic engine failure. Surgical Deck Service: If the deck is removable, it comes off for a total overhaul. Blades are sharpened and precision balanced on the Magna-Matic 1000 for a surgical, vibration-free, golf-course cut. We find the hidden damage, cracked idlers, and worn springs that others miss. Elite Lubrication: Every axle, knuckle, bushing, and spindle is purged of grit and packed with Green Grease™—the best waterproof, high-heat grease money can buy—to handle the extreme weight of these industrial frames. Air & Ignition: Filters and plugs are cleaned and reinstalled. Changed only if bad ($15-$30). Pro Add-Ons & The TIGER Contract: Valve Inspection/Adjustment: Inspection is 100% FREE. I actually encourage you to stand there and watch me measure them. If they are in spec, you pay nothing. If they are loose or out of spec, Adjustment is $75/cover. We are too busy to "find" work; we only adjust what is actually failing. The Carburetor Rule: We have a 94%+ success rate. If your carb is internally damaged, the $75 cleaning labor is still due. You then cover the new carb cost plus a $75 return install fee. The "All-In" Rule: This is my only service level. I do not offer "partial" fixes. We do it the TIGER Way or we don't do it at all. We fix machines to a standard, not a budget. SAME-DAY PAY: Payment in full is due on the day of visit, regardless of parts availability. If a second visit is needed for non-stock parts, we will return to install them at no additional labor cost, but the $550 base is due immediately. Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY To cancel or reschedule, email **[Tigerepair@gmail.com](mailto:Tigerepair@gmail.com)**. Customers cannot cancel or reschedule appointments through the website. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. A **$45 fee** applies if you: • Cancel less than 24 hours before the appointment • Reschedule less than 24 hours before the appointment • Cancel on the scheduled service day • Are unavailable when I arrive • Do not have the machine available or reasonably accessible If you book an appointment scheduled to begin within the next 24 hours, the $45 cancellation or rescheduling fee applies immediately once the booking is confirmed. Cancellation and rescheduling requests are effective when received. The fee will be emailed as an invoice and must be paid within seven days. Any unpaid balance must be settled before another appointment can be accepted. By booking, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this policy. This fee does not apply when Tiger Mobile Small Engine Repair cancels the appointment.
