Service Description
Stand-Alone Deck Performance – $285 Base price for 30"-48" decks. Larger units (50"+) add $45 to cover increased weight and labor. The Tiger Deck Overhaul: Total Deck Restoration: The $285 base price is a comprehensive service. It includes full deck removal, a deep power wash of the shell to remove corrosive grass-packing, and precision greasing of every zerk. Blades are sharpened and balanced on the Magna-Matic 1000 for a surgical, vibration-free, golf-course cut. I don't just sharpen blades; I restore the entire cutting environment to peak factory efficiency, ensuring your machine breathes and discharges perfectly even in thick, wet spring grass. My industrial setup ensures your deck performs at a commercial level, regardless of age. Engagement Diagnosis: If your blades won't kick in, are dragging, or cutting unevenly, we diagnose the failure on-site. We specialize in post-impact assessments to ensure your spindles aren't bent and your deck shell isn't warped beyond repair. Thermal & Pressure Check: We inflate all tires to exact pressures—the most overlooked step in a level cut. This combined with a clean deck underside guarantees the highest quality cut possible for your specific machine. Pro Add-Ons & The TIGER Contract: Spindle & Bearing Service: Bearing Rebuild: $50 (new high-grade bearings in your housing). Full Spindle Replacement: $50 Labor + Part Cost. While common spindles are $35, heavy-duty or commercial units may cost more. If the part is non-stock and requires a return trip, the $75 Return Fee applies to the final install. The Belt & Return Rule: I carry common belts. If your unit requires a specialized, non-stock belt, the $285 base labor is due in full on the first visit. A non-negotiable $75 Return Trip Fee plus the cost of the belt applies for the second visit to complete the installation. Deck Leveling: +$50. This is performed only after tires are set and blades are true. We don't guess; we measure. SAME-DAY PAY: Payment in full is due on the day of the initial visit. We do not "wait for parts" to collect for the expert diagnosis and labor already performed. Agreement: Booking confirms you agree to the TIGER Way contract. Fix it once. Fix it right. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & rescheduling You can cancel or reschedule through the website 24 hours before your appointment starts. Please do not cancel within 24 hours I will be collecting a $10 fee to the violation if you do so. EMAIL ME EARLIER THAN 24HRS FROM YOUR APPOINTMENT TO AVOID $10 fee, If you are on next days schedule and I am making a plan working out a route and making decisions just how to serve everyone that day making modifications calls and working an hour-2 planning It is part of the work that gets done in the background none the less, my valuable time, booking customers pay for, by completing jobs. 24 hrs, if you need to cancel after that, you must pay the $10. It is only fair. I am here to make money.
