Two types of machines that are significantly different from most small engine equipment are Pressure Washers and Portable Generators; they are made up of two separate components, an engine with a pump or an alternator. An engine repair does not guarantee the Pressure Washer or Portable Generator to work upon completion of the repairs. Many times when pressure washers sit unused the water pump can freeze This happens on 1 out of every 15 pressure washer jobs although it is not common keep in mind you may require a new pump which is rare. A new pump plus the complete care package rarely (Has never so far) exceeded the cost of a new pressure washer choosing tiger repair is always wiser financially. The complete care package $145 Add 20 if carb cleaning needed add 20 if valve adjustment is needed. 1. Remove wheels and grease axles with Green Grease 2. Environmentally certified oil Disposal. EPA Compliance. 3. New oil we use the BEST Royal Purple 4. De-grease and wash machine 6. Valve Cover and inspect valve adjustment + $20 if needed 7. Clean filter/spark/change as needed add extra$ if required filter 8. Clean Carb as needed + $20 if needed 9. Check over machine if pump is broken (only can determine once engine runs) and new need to come install new pump, add price of pump 65-75 plus 20 to install if pump is broken and customer does not want to buy new pump customer is still responsible for tune up package total price. Since it usually takes a complete tune up before w know if pump works. I will not break you on the pump!! $20 to install plus cost of pump with no unreasonable up charge.
