Service Description
Tiger Power Component Care – $185 Specialized service for Pressure Washers & Portable Generators. The Royal Purple Sacrifice: I pay 2x more for Royal Purple because I’m trading my own repeat profits for your machine’s survival. I’d rather give you an engine that stays young for 5 years than drain your wallet every season for valve jobs. I choose your engine’s health over my short-term gain. The Service Blueprint: De-grease & Power Wash: We strip away grime to ensure the engine and pump/alternator stay cool. 150-Hour Engine Armor: Full oil change with Royal Purple Synthetic. EPA-certified disposal included. Chassis Restoration: Wheels removed; axles coated in Green Grease for smooth mobility. Smart Maintenance: Spark plugs/filters cleaned/reinstalled. Changed IF BAD only. Technical Add-ons: +$35 for Carb Cleaning. +$35 for Valve Adjustment (Checked for free). The Two-Component Risk: The Rule: These machines have two parts: an engine and a pump (or alternator). Repairing the engine does not guarantee the second component works. We can only test the output once the engine is running. Frozen Pumps/Dead Stators: If the engine is tuned but the output component is dead, the tune-up fee is still due in full. The Solution: I won’t break you on parts. If a new pump is needed, it's cost + $25 to install (plus the $75 Return Rule). Agreement: Booking confirms you agree to the TIGER Way. Fix it once. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & rescheduling You can cancel or reschedule through the website 24 hours before your appointment starts. Please do not cancel within 24 hours I will be collecting a $10 fee to the violation if you do so. EMAIL ME EARLIER THAN 24HRS FROM YOUR APPOINTMENT TO AVOID $10 fee, If you are on next days schedule and I am making a plan working out a route and making decisions just how to serve everyone that day making modifications calls and working an hour-2 planning It is part of the work that gets done in the background none the less, my valuable time, booking customers pay for, by completing jobs. 24 hrs, if you need to cancel after that, you must pay the $10. It is only fair. I am here to make money.
