Service Description
Precision Reel & XL Push Mower Package – $295 Base price covers high-end Reel Mowers and Extra-Large Push Mowers (up to 32"). The "Razor Edge" Specialty Service: Intensive Backlapping Included: This is a professional-grade process. We run the reel backwards with specialized industrial abrasives, followed by a surgical-grade cleaning and a precision reset of the bed knife. We don't stop until it cuts like a razor. Elite Component Quality: We use Tsubaki™ Roller Chains (Precision Made in Japan). No "garbage" or generic parts. You are getting the highest-strength Japanese steel available. Premium Oil & Lubrication: Full oil change using Castrol GTX Magnatec Full Synthetic. Wheels are removed; axles and grease points are serviced with Green Grease™. Precision Sharpening: All blades are balanced using the Magna-Matic 1000—the world's most accurate balancer. Full Detailing: We remove all protective panels to access hidden grease points and ensure the entire drivetrain is serviced. Additional Specialty Services (If needed): Carburetor Deep Clean: Add $45 Valve Clearance Adjustment: Add $45 Tsubaki™ Custom Chain Fabrication: $35 per chain Custom Chain Installation: $15 Drive/Self-Propelled Cable Installation: $45 (Reduced to $15 if the routing is simple/accessible). Payment, Parts & Return Policy: SAME-DAY PAYMENT: Payment for the service is due in full on the day of the initial visit. We do not "wait for parts" to collect payment for the labor performed. Parts Ordering: To avoid retail markups, TIGER orders specialized parts directly to your door. Return Service Fee: Over 98% of customers are finished same-day. If a second visit is required to install parts not on hand, a non-negotiable $50 return service fee applies. Confirmation: By booking, you acknowledge this as a binding contract and agree to the same-day payment and return fee policies.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & rescheduling You can cancel or reschedule through the website 24 hours before your appointment starts. Please do not cancel within 24 hours I will be collecting a $10 fee to the violation if you do so. EMAIL ME EARLIER THAN 24HRS FROM YOUR APPOINTMENT TO AVOID $10 fee, If you are on next days schedule and I am making a plan working out a route and making decisions just how to serve everyone that day making modifications calls and working an hour-2 planning It is part of the work that gets done in the background none the less, my valuable time, booking customers pay for, by completing jobs. 24 hrs, if you need to cancel after that, you must pay the $10. It is only fair. I am here to make money.
