Service Description
Stand-On Mower Performance – $485 Covers premium stand-on units with an MSRP of $8,000–$11,000. The Tiger Stand-On Executive Service: The Royal Purple™ Revolution: These units run high-stress cycles. Full Oil & Filter Change Included. I use Royal Purple Synthetic + ExxonMobil additive to ensure your $10k machine doesn't cook. I sacrifice short-term profit for your engine's survival. That’s the "Big Picture"—building machines that refuse to die. My customers get an engine insurance policy. Surgical Deck Service: If the deck is removable, it comes off for a total overhaul. Blades are sharpened and precision balanced on the Magna-Matic 1000 for a surgical, vibration-free, golf-course cut. We find the hidden damage, cracked idlers, and worn springs that other shops ignore. A stand-on needs perfect balance to prevent operator fatigue. Elite Lubrication: Every axle, knuckle, bushing, and spindle is purged of old grit and packed with Green Grease™—the absolute best waterproof, high-heat grease money can buy—to handle the extreme weight and constant movement of these heavy premium frames. Air & Ignition: Filters and plugs are cleaned and reinstalled. Changed only if bad ($15-$25). Pro Add-Ons & The TIGER Contract: Valve Inspection/Adjustment: Inspection is 100% FREE. I actually encourage you to stand there and watch me measure them. If in spec, you pay nothing. If they are loose or out of spec, Adjustment is $75/cover. We are too busy to "find" work; we only adjust what is actually failing. The Carburetor Rule: 94%+ success rate. If your carb is internally damaged, the $75 cleaning labor is still due. You then cover the new carb cost plus a $75 return install fee. Mobile Inventory: I carry most common belts, blades, and bearings on the truck to ensure a same-day finish. You only pay a return fee if your machine requires a specialized, non-stock part. SAME-DAY PAY: Payment in full is due on the day of visit. We do not "wait for parts" to collect for labor and premium supplies already provided. The 98% Rule: 98% of jobs finish same-day. If a second visit is needed for repairs or non-stock parts, a non-negotiable $75 return fee applies. Agreement: Booking confirms you agree to the TIGER Way contract. Fix it once. Fix it right. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & rescheduling You can cancel or reschedule through the website 24 hours before your appointment starts. Please do not cancel within 24 hours I will be collecting a $10 fee to the violation if you do so. EMAIL ME EARLIER THAN 24HRS FROM YOUR APPOINTMENT TO AVOID $10 fee, If you are on next days schedule and I am making a plan working out a route and making decisions just how to serve everyone that day making modifications calls and working an hour-2 planning It is part of the work that gets done in the background none the less, my valuable time, booking customers pay for, by completing jobs. 24 hrs, if you need to cancel after that, you must pay the $10. It is only fair. I am here to make money.
