Free to check if within spec. If within spec but loose service will still be charged. If we charge as a result of being loose you will see how loose it was if you are interested to watch you will be allowed to do so and understand why there was a charge. But we absolutely do not perform Valve adjustments unless actually needed! Carb cleaning additional cost if necessary. Add $100 if needed Clean and reinstall air filter and replace as needed Spark Clean and replace as needed. and keep in mind that if we don't have a part and it will be a two-day weight plus an additional $55 charge to come back out to service if you book The Complete Care maintenance package do you assert that you have read this and understand this entire process in my entire pricing. To recap you might need valve adjustments and it's 100 per cylinder there are up to two valve covers on some engines that have to spark plugs that's up to $200-300 if 3 cyl deisel more on top of the Complete Care package I hope this is very clear Owner orders parts directly to technicians, Owner notifies clients their parts have arrived and to reserve their appointment through the booking system.
Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY To cancel or reschedule, email **[Tigerepair@gmail.com](mailto:Tigerepair@gmail.com)**. Customers cannot cancel or reschedule appointments through the website. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. A **$45 fee** applies if you: • Cancel less than 24 hours before the appointment • Reschedule less than 24 hours before the appointment • Cancel on the scheduled service day • Are unavailable when I arrive • Do not have the machine available or reasonably accessible If you book an appointment scheduled to begin within the next 24 hours, the $45 cancellation or rescheduling fee applies immediately once the booking is confirmed. Cancellation and rescheduling requests are effective when received. The fee will be emailed as an invoice and must be paid within seven days. Any unpaid balance must be settled before another appointment can be accepted. By booking, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this policy. This fee does not apply when Tiger Mobile Small Engine Repair cancels the appointment.
